Therefore, Lunalita Jewels cannot be held responsible for any such wear and tear, and this includes any associated requests for refunds or reimbursements due to such gradual changes.

Shipping 

 

Sometimes Delivery may take longer due to the following reasons: 

 

1) Bad Weather Conditions 

 

2) Flight Delays 

 

3) Political Disruption Scenarios 

 

4) Other Unforeseen Circumstances 

 

We will not be able to compensate for any mental distress caused due to delay in delivery. Reverse pick up is not offered by Lunalita Jewels.

 

Lunalita Jewels will not be liable for any type or kind of 'duplication of payment' as caused by the payment method of the users' choice or any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user. The User must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.
